delivery
Dispatch is usually within 48 hours.
returns & refunds
Smartedge Manufacturing Limited will refund the amount paid for your order (including the original delivery) on receipt of the goods back at our factory within ten days of our dispatch. There will be a 10% handling charge for this.
We will not pay return delivery costs.
We will issue a full refund if there is a proven manufacturing defect – the refund being on the defective product only.
