Dispatch is usually within 48 hours, please allow a further 7 days for delivery.
returns & refunds
Smartedge Manufacturing Limited, the manufacturers, will refund the amount paid for your order (including the original delivery) on receipt of the goods back at our depot within 15 days of our dispatch. There will be a 10% handling charge for this.
We will not pay return delivery costs.
We will issue a full refund if there is a proven manufacturing defect – the refund being on the defective product only.
